One month later I am still so grateful to my community of supporters for riding all the way out with me to Camp David in Brooklyn, for the Industry City Design Festival in May. I got to sit alongside an entire panel of dope black women in the art space and discuss the beginnings of my love for art, art that has healed me, and share my vision for Black Star. After the panel, we checked out Dreamscape Beyond Limits, which was on view at the Tanya Weddemire Gallery.
