On May 23, I met up with Conrad Blackburn, who is currently campaigning to represent West and Central Harlem residents in New York State Assembly District 70. After the TikTok videos in the Harlem Mystery Mail Series gained traction, Team Blackburn reached out so Conrad could tell his side of the story and we set up a video interview.
