Hey Black Stars, come with me to the International Center of Photography on the Lower East Side as they celebrate their 50th Anniversary. Some of my favorite photos in the show were by Deana Lawson, Nona Faustine, Mickalene Thomas, Carrie Mae Weems, and this one by David Seidner is of the opera singer Jessye Norman (who is a Howard alum).
