This video essay by anastazia x is a review of Mexodus, which was produced by Audible Theater and P3 Productions at Minetta Lane. The musical is written and performed by Brian Quijada and Nygel D. Robinson, and directed by David Mendizábal. I purchased my own ticket for this production and attended on September 22, 2025. The Minetta Lane production opened on September 18 and closed on November 1 after two extensions. The play reopened at Daryl Roth Theatre on March 6, 2026 and will close on June 14. According to American Theater, Mexodus will begin a national tour at Pasadena Playhouse.
